Field Solutions -- for large organizations

Overview
This area of our business focuses on organizations that have requirements for I.T. Services in rural areas. We are an extension of the customers' corporate I.T. standards and we participate in everything from regular maintenance to project work to break-fix tasks. Our solutions include but are not limited to tier 1-3 desktop and server support, print support, project coordination, centralized helpdesk, and liaison activities between business units and corporate I.T.

Typically, our services within Field Solutions can be categorized into 3 distinct groups --- Roaming I.T. Services, Centralized Helpdesk, and Print Support. Our services continue to evolve as the clients continue to leverage our rural presence. Other services that are being pioneered include SCADA support and Telecommunication support.

Roaming I.T. Services	This area of service puts our associates in touch with people in the remote areas of the field. Our focus is centered around the extending the delivery services of Corporate I.T.. This service includes but are not limited to following: break fix for desktops, printers, and servers inventory management software support routine maintenance liasion activities between business units and I.T. services I.T. project support
Centralized Helpdesk	We recognize that services delivered to the field are unique and have a heightened requirement for effective communication and documentation. Our centralized helpdesk service provides ticket logging, resource coordination, and deployment activities to ensure that the on-site technicians are at the right place, working on the right priorities, at the right time!
Print Support	Hundreds of network printers are out in these remote, and at times, "harsh" locations. The business owners have an expectation that these devices simply work --- all the time. This service focuses on leveraging proper maintenance, acquisition, and deployment of printing devices. When used in conjunction with Roaming I.T. Services, the full benefits of print support can be realized.
